Luncheons on Leadership at GoodHealth Commons

When the No. 1 Ladies Detective agency opened in Botswana under the direction of Mma. Ramotswe and from the pen of Alexander McCall Smith, many of us discovered a wonderful source of wisdom. As mentioned in the Clergy Journal Mma. Ramotswe teaches us "The Core of Christian Behavior: Be Gentle." Professor von Iglefeld, another of McCall Smith's characters, in a different series of books, is always inadvertently teaching us little Buddhist lessons. Isabel Dalhousie is always ready to lecture us on ethics in her Sunday Philosophy Club series.

Ginny Agnew will discuss the spiritual themes from McCall Smith's various series and some of his lesser known writings. Whether you are already a fan, or just ready to become one, this discussion will open you to a wonderful world of joy-filled reading.
